MeltX customers, named and grouped honestly

MeltX serves enterprises, public sector undertakings and government bodies across India. Organisations we contract with and serve directly are kept separate from engagements delivered through our strategic alliances: the commercial relationship differs, so the two are never shown as one list.

How the deployments actually ran

Written as what was there before, what was configured, and what changed as a result. Outcome figures appear once the client has approved them in writing, not before.

A fixed asset register that matches the plant floor

Situation

Capital equipment moved between lines, plants and cost centres faster than the register could record it. Physical verification was an annual exercise on paper, and reconciling it against the finance system consumed weeks each year.

Deployment

MeltX FAM was configured to the entity, plant and cost centre hierarchy already used by finance. Assets were tagged with barcode and QR labels under the existing numbering policy, and field teams verified them on the MeltX Android application with geo tagged photographs.

What changed

Verification moved from an annual paper exercise to a scheduled cycle with photographic evidence against every asset. Movements now run through an approval workflow, so the register and the plant floor stay aligned between verification rounds.

Department wise asset accountability for a zilla parishad

Situation

Assets were recorded section by section, so producing a consolidated departmental register required collation each time an audit or an information request arrived. Custody of equipment across offices was recorded inconsistently.

Deployment

MeltX FAM was deployed with a department and office hierarchy matching the zilla parishad structure. Assets were tagged and assigned to named custodians, and physical verification was carried out by MeltX teams with evidence captured in the field.

What changed

The department now holds one register that can be produced on demand, with custody and verification evidence attached to each asset rather than reconstructed on request.

Campus assets tracked between academic sessions

Situation

Laboratory and IT equipment was issued to departments and rarely reconciled, so shortages surfaced at the start of each academic session and grant funded purchases were difficult to trace separately.

Deployment

MeltX FAM and ITAM were configured to the institution department structure, with tagging across laboratories, classrooms and administrative offices, and custody recorded against named department heads.

What changed

Each department now holds a verified list of the equipment in its custody, and grant funded purchases carry their own trail through the register.

Why the two lists stay apart

MeltX Clientele

Organisations MeltX contracts with and serves directly. The engagement, the delivery and the support relationship all sit with MeltX.

Partner Clientele

Engagements delivered through our strategic alliances rather than contracted directly by MeltX. Real work, but a different commercial relationship, so they are not presented as our own accounts.

What we will, and will not, publish

What buyers ask about our references, and what we will and will not publish.

Who uses MeltX software?

MeltX serves Indian enterprises, public sector undertakings and government bodies. Direct MeltX clients include CEAT, Zilla Parishad Thane, Borivali Education Society, Lab&Life and the Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board, across manufacturing, government, education and diagnostics.

What is the difference between MeltX Clientele and Partner Clientele?

MeltX Clientele are organisations MeltX contracts with and serves directly. Partner Clientele are engagements delivered through our strategic alliances rather than contracted directly by MeltX. The two groups are shown separately because the commercial relationship differs, and MeltX does not present partner accounts as its own.

Can MeltX provide references before we commit?

Yes. Reference conversations are arranged with clients in a comparable sector and deployment size, subject to that client agreeing. Request one through the contact form and mention the sector and module set you are evaluating, so the reference is relevant.
