Asset verification and IT services, delivered on the ground

MeltX delivers four service lines around the platform: physical asset verification on the ground, the IT infrastructure underneath, the operation afterwards, and the scale a large tender asks for. A register is only as good as the last time somebody walked the floor and looked.

How an engagement runs

Three stages, in the order they actually happen. Nothing here is a milestone invented for a proposal document; each one ends with something you can check.

  1. Assess

We start with what exists: the current register, the systems in place, the audit observations outstanding and the procurement route available. The output is a scoped plan with an honest view of the data cleanup required.

  2. Deploy

Modules are configured to your entity structure, asset classes, approval chains and calendars. Legacy data is migrated through validation, users are trained by role, and go live is staged rather than switched.

  3. Operate

The platform is supported under measured commitments, with verification cycles, patch cycles and service reporting running on a defined calendar. Capability can be extended through the alliance as the engagement grows.

Asset Verification and Compliance

On ground physical verification of fixed assets, ending in a corrected register rather than in a report.

The Companies (Auditor's Report) Order 2020 requires a company's auditor to report on whether proper records of property, plant and equipment are maintained, whether management has physically verified them at reasonable intervals, and whether the discrepancies found were dealt with in the books. That is why the count happens. MeltX puts trained teams on site to find, tag and photograph every asset, then reconciles what they find against the register you already hold. A chartered accountant firm leaves a report, which describes one point in time. MeltX leaves a register, which stays live in the platform and is where the next verification starts. The teams work for companies and for government. At Zilla Parishad Thane, assets were tagged, assigned to named custodians and physically verified against a department wise register that the council can now produce on demand.

Modules it works with

What the line covers

  • On ground physical verification

Trained teams cover plants, offices, branches, laboratories and stores, and the departmental offices of a government body, working to a defined scope and coverage plan agreed before mobilisation.

  • Geo tagged photographic evidence

Each asset is photographed in place with coordinates, timestamp and verifier identity captured at the point of capture, so the evidence holds up later.

  • Android application with offline sync

Verification continues in basements, plants and remote sites without connectivity, and synchronises when the device returns to network.

  • Automated reconciliation and exception handling

Findings are matched against the existing register, and every difference is raised as a classified exception rather than a silent adjustment. Each one carries a reason and a classification: found, not found, moved or damaged.

  • Output for statutory and internal audit

Verification output is prepared in the form statutory audit and internal audit expect, including movement, impairment and disposal observations, and it is written into the asset register itself, so the corrected record and its evidence stay in use after the engagement closes.

IT Infrastructure and Custom Development

Office infrastructure, cloud integration and custom software built by the same team that supports it afterwards.

Enterprise software rarely lands in an empty room. MeltX builds and integrates the infrastructure around it: network and office setups, cloud environments, and the custom development needed where a standard module does not fit the process. Delivery runs in agile increments so the buyer sees working software early.

Modules it works with

What the line covers

  • Office and network infrastructure

Structured cabling, network equipment, server rooms and end user devices specified, deployed and documented as a maintained estate.

  • Cloud integration

Workloads deployed and integrated across cloud and on premise environments, including Microsoft and Google platforms available through the alliance.

  • Custom software development

Where a process does not fit a standard module, MeltX builds it: departmental workflows, integrations with existing systems and reporting layers.

  • Agile delivery

Work runs in short increments with demonstrable output at the end of each, so scope is corrected early rather than at user acceptance testing.

Operational and Support Services

Service desk, monitoring and certified e-waste handling, run as a measured operation rather than a best effort.

Once a platform is live, the question becomes who runs it. MeltX operates the service desk, monitors the estate, staffs the roles that need to be filled, and handles end of life hardware through certified e-waste channels so disposal is documented rather than improvised.

Modules it works with

What the line covers

  • Service desk and ticketing

A staffed desk running on MeltX ITSM with measured response and resolution targets, escalation paths and reporting the customer can audit.

  • Round the clock monitoring

Continuous monitoring of infrastructure and applications with defined alerting and a named responder at every hour.

  • Human capital and deployment

Trained personnel placed on site or remotely for asset, IT operations and service desk roles, under the same measured commitments.

  • Certified e-waste management

End of life hardware routed through certified handlers, with the disposal certificate retained against the asset record.

Strategic Capability Extension

Leasing, licensing and manpower at government and PSU scale, through our strategic alliance with 3i Infotech.

Large government and public sector engagements ask for more than software. They ask whether the vendor can lease the hardware, supply the licences, and place the people. MeltX answers that through its strategic alliance with 3i Infotech.

Modules it works with

What the line covers

  • IT asset leasing and procurement

Hardware supplied on capital or operating expenditure models, so a department can move a purchase from capital budget to an annual line.

  • Microsoft and Google licensing

Licensing for Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics and Google Workspace supplied and managed alongside the deployment.

  • Manpower and staffing

Staffing at scale with computer based testing and background verification applied before deployment.

  • Execution readiness for large tenders

The alliance provides the balance sheet, bench strength and delivery footprint that large government and PSU engagements require.
